Jaws is a recording project featuring members of R.K.L., Lagwagon, King City, Mad Caddies, The Revolution Smile, Bad Astronaut & others. The project was started in 2002 by Sharky H. Towers & Derrick Plourde in Santa Barbara, California. The Jaws sound is not unlike that of Jawbreaker, Burning Airlines and contemporaries like Alkaline Trio & Hot Water Music.

Another shot of the JMP. The thing has been restored by Tom Phillips (great guy, have him work on your amps if you can get him to) and now it does the Marshall thing pretty well. Sounds like a JCM800. It kind of gives you instant Jawbreaker when you crank it up and start blazing.
